Muller 12 Etudes is a cleaned up version of this classic collection, which is hard to find. There is standard editing with all mistakes removed. These exercises are more virtuositc than Kopprasch and they are beautifully written etudes as well.
The Gallay Unmeasured Preludes closely follows the Gallet editing of these great preludes which is the most precise approach to Gally's original version, in my opinion. This book of cadenza-like etudes develops musical expression and freeedom. These etudes are great for preparing for the more difficult Bach Cello Suites, some of the most beautiful and challenging works you will find for solo horn.
The Scales from Paris is an original advanced arpeggio and scale book, similar in format to other great scale books, but for the college level student and professional. All major keys are covered with varied exercies, not a rehash of the exact same exercises. The entire horn range is used, not just the comfortable mid-range. There are also advanced lip slur studies as well.
